a. After the purchase is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you provided for each show. Print out that email and bring it to the show with a government issued ID. You are also able to show the ticket on your phone, though printed tickets are preferred.
a. You are able to assign ticket holders by logging in to your EZticketz account, clicking the account button, and clicking the "Assign Tickets" button. Enter the ticket holder's name, save, press print tickets. From there, you can either print, or save and send the tickets. Your tickets will be updated with the correct ticket holder's name.
a. First, try logging in to your EZticketz account, and clicking the account button. Your orders will all be displayed under the orders tab. If you do NOT have a EZticketz account, you can email us at email@example.com, and we can resend your order.
